COAG Andalucía celebrates the 20th Technical Workshops on Ecological Segureño Lamb in Pontones.

COAG Andalucía, together with SAT Sierra de Segura, SAT Pasto de Pontones, and ADSG Los Campos, is organizing the XX Jornadas Técnicas del Cordero Segureño Ecológico on October 16, 17, and 18 in the town of Pontones, in the province of Jaén. This event is a key meeting for the extensive livestock sector and, in particular, for producers of organic Segureño sheep. During these sessions, issues of utmost relevance will be addressed, such as the reform of the CAP, the Strategic Plan for Extensive Livestock Farming, organic feeding, marketing under a quality seal, market situation, and generational renewal. Additionally, the fourth auction of Segureño breed specimens will be held, with the aim of continuing to improve the genetics of the herd.
