São Paulo, 11/19/2025 - Investment funds took the largest share of the second offering of Cosan shares. They bought 131,851,637 shares, equivalent to 45.9% of the total offered (287,500,000 shares).
Foreign investors took 52,388,377 shares and private pension entities took another 11,049,095 shares.
The offering is part of a capitalization of the holding company that controls companies such as Raízen and Compass. The operation was coordinated by a consortium of banks led by BTG Pactual, with participation from Bradesco BBI, Santander, Itaú BBA, JPMorgan, and Citi.
The net proceeds will be used to strengthen the capital structure of Cosan and its subsidiaries, including Raízen, with the aim of improving the credit and liquidity profile of the group.
