Argentine dairy exports accumulated between January and September 2025 a total of 283,792 tons, worth 1,161.8 million dollars, according to the latest report from the Observatory of the Argentine Dairy Chain (OCLA). In both cases, there was an increase compared to the same period last year: 6.7% in volume and 17.7% in value. Measured in liters of milk equivalents, external sales reached 2,108.6 million, which implies an 11.2% year-on-year increase. Thus, exports represented 25.4% of the country's total milk production. The month of September was especially positive for the sector's foreign trade. 44,442 tons were exported, 22.5% more than in August, and the value exported rose to 180 million dollars, with a monthly increase of 21.8%. Compared to September 2024, the figures show a much more marked growth: 42.9% more in volume and 55.7% in value.
