Mr. Nguyen Van Phai, a gardener from Hau Giang Province, Vietnam, has successfully developed a sustainable agricultural model by cultivating super-early Thai jackfruit and raising black apple snails. Overcoming initial challenges with jackfruit yields and diseases, he improved his methods with guidance from the Agricultural Extension Station, focusing on organic practices. This approach not only stabilized yields and increased profits, earning him over 150 million VND annually, but also enhanced environmental protection and product safety. The model is cost-effective, reduces pest and disease issues, and supports local agricultural sustainability.
