In relation to the budget for fisheries and fishermen, the proposal first increased the budget for stabilizing the price of dried laver, which has recently experienced significant price fluctuations, from 100 billion won to 118.5 billion won to allow for the purchase of 300 tons. Additionally, the budget for supporting the prevention of depopulation in fishing villages was increased by double to 138.75 billion won, and the budget for improving the quality of life for fishermen, including the Fishermen's Health Bus (medical services), was increased from 55.96 billion won to 105.6 billion won.
