The European Commissioner Kristoff Hansen inaugurated a new irrigation facility near Haskovo - the M-1 channel of the "Trakiec" irrigation system. His visit to Bulgaria is part of his visits to various member countries, and he arrived here late last night after a visit to Bucharest.
