Exporters are keeping the purchase prices for rapeseed stable at 23,500–24,400 UAH/t.

Rapeseed quotations remain generally stable, as do demand prices in Ukraine, since the market has sufficient supply and is expecting the arrival of a new crop from Australia and its potential impact on prices, writes GrainTrade. It is noted that the Oil World agency has increased its estimate of the rapeseed crop in the EU this season to 20.3 million tons, while USDA experts have increased their estimate to 20.2 million tons, which is 3.4 million tons more than in 2024/25 MY. This means that rapeseed imports into the EU may decrease to less than 6 million tons compared to 8 million tons last year. In the EU, areas are expected to be at 6.1 million hectares, with a possible increase in Southeastern Europe, while in Ukraine, areas may decrease by 100 thousand hectares to 1.2–1.3 million hectares.
