In a year marked by the lowest supply of cattle and stronger international values, beef exports exhibited a particular behavior: the revenue grew despite the drop in the tons sent. This was indicated by the Argentine Beef Exporters Consortium ABC in its most recent report. Between January and October 2025, shipments of refrigerated and frozen beef reached 588,800 tons of product weight, for a total value of US$3,155.1 million. According to the entity's president, Mario Ravettino, the volumes were 8.5% lower than those of the same period in 2024, but the value obtained was 26.3% higher, driven by the improvement in international prices. In the last twelve months—from November 2024 to October 2025—exports totaled 715,500 tons, with income of US$3,686 million.
