Indonesia has extended the recognition of Argentina's Sanitary Control System for another three years, simplifying the export process and reducing costs for Argentine agricultural products. This includes important exports like wheat, corn, pears, and sweet citrus. The renewal, obtained with collaboration from the Argentine national agricultural portfolio, SENASA, and the Foreign Ministry, is valued for its significance in maintaining access to the Indonesian market, which has seen a increase in Argentine agro-industrial exports from USD 269 million in 2006 to USD 1,299 million in 2020.
