Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev claimed there are no reasons for rising prices for red fish and caviar in Russia. However, expert Balashov pointed out that the supply of red fish will be halved this year due to a poor catch, and prices are expected to increase due to general inflation, higher wages, and rising costs for marine fuel, fishing gear, and repairs.
