Flour production this year may amount to 9.4 million tons against 9.9 million tons in 2024, said Igor Sviridenkov, president of the Russian Union of Flour and Cereal Enterprises (SMKP) at the XXIII International Business Conference "Mill-2025." Specifically, wheat flour production may decrease from 9.67 million tons to 8.77 million tons, while rye flour will decrease from 500 thousand tons to 470 thousand tons.
