Four million doses of avian flu arrived in Ecuador

In early February, the Technical Subcommittee of the National Poultry Commission of Ecuador recommended the use of vaccines against avian flu. After the announcement, one of the three companies managed to import and currently the first batch of 4 million doses is already in the country. A new import of the biological product was also authorized for the company Boehringer Ingelheim del Ecuador CIA. LTD. and will arrive in Ecuador in the coming weeks. To ensure the ideal application and use of the vaccine, the Agency complies with the quality control protocol, following the rules of the World Organization for Animal Health - OMSA, in order to verify the quality of the biological product.
