From the mountains to the jungle: A family from Córdoba chose Misiones for their production project of cold cuts and sausages made with meat.

Marcos Demarchi and Liliana Constantino, originally from Córdoba, found their place in the world to live and produce in the Misiones forest, more precisely on Cerro Santa Ana, about 50 kilometers from Posadas. Together with their son, Marcos Emiliano, they are also part of the Ovine Caprine Basin of the southern zone of Misiones, an organization that brings together small producers from about 8 municipalities where the breeding of small animals is consolidated as a productive alternative.
