The deadlines for submitting important irrigation projects in Greece have been postponed due to sluggish administration. The Ministry of Rural Development and Food, represented by Minister Kostas Tsiaras and Secretary General Argiro Zerva, proudly announced the extension of the deadline for submitting applications for intervention P3-73-1.1 "Infrastructure projects for land improvement", Stage 2: "Reservoir and irrigation network projects" — now until October 31, 2025, 23:59:59 (accuracy is still required!). The official reason is "better coordination" and "technical analysis." Unofficially, it is because Greek officials from various ministries and municipal services simply cannot cope with the important projects, yet they still need to submit them one day.
