Henrique Lima is appointed to the National Agrarian Law Commission of the OAB

Lawyer Henrique da Silva Lima has been appointed as a Consulting Member of the Special Commission on Agrarian Law and Agribusiness of the Federal Council of the OAB for the 2025/2028 management, as per Ordinance No. 2253/2025. The nomination, signed by the president of the National OAB, José Alberto Simonetti, and the national coordinator of commissions, Rafael de Assis Horn, consolidates Henrique as one of the most relevant voices in Agrarian Law in the country. The appointment came at the request of the president of OAB/MS, Dr. Luiz Cláudio Alves Pereira (Bito), whose actions have been strengthening the presence of Mato Grosso do Sul in strategic agendas of the legal profession. With strong national action in the defense of rural producers — especially on issues such as indebtedness, judicial recovery, rural insurance, and guarantees — Henrique will now contribute to one of the most important forums for the sector.
