"In March of '82 we set sail with an unknown destination. I thought we were heading to Chile over the Beagle, but in the middle of the journey we found out we were going to the Falklands. We disembarked on April 2, along with an advance party of 800 marines, with the order to take any Royal Marines we found and send them back, try to avoid casualties, and respect the citizens who, for us, were Argentines," recalls Pablo Mana, now a polo horse breeder, with a close bond with "Adolfito" Cambiaso, La Dolfina, and his family. In the Falklands, he was the protagonist of a historic photo that traveled the world: him with the English flag rolled up under his arm.
