On an annual basis, the purchase price of cow's milk is 15.9% lower. As of January 10, 2024, the average price of raw milk is BGN 0.90, according to the information board for milk and dairy products of the Ministry of Agriculture. The data are from SAPI. At the same time, the wholesale price of "Vitosha" cheese increased by 4.1% in a year, and the store price - by 7 percent.
