In April, rice exports exceeded 100,000 tons, generating around 55 million US dollars. However, in May, the export volume dropped to just over 70,000 tons. The export companies were 42 in number, with the export of both rice and broken rice reaching over 35,000 tons each. The exports were made to 24 countries, including Indonesia and China, and 15 countries, including China, Belgium, and the UK, received the broken rice.
