Valor Agro Paraguay.- After a month of October marked by a lower level of industrial activity and a decline in the prices of fat cattle, Paraguay resumes this week kosher operations destined for the Israeli market, an event that marks the return of a key client for the export of beef and generates positive expectations within the sector. The restart of operations began this Tuesday at Frigochaco, while on Thursday two plants of the Minerva Foods group, Frigorífico Guaraní and Frigorífico Victoria, will join, already preparing their work lines under the Jewish religious protocol. The return of the kosher teams implies an increase in industrial demand for cattle at a time when the supply of fat cattle is limited, and the internal market presents sustained prices. In addition, the recent widespread rains in the main productive areas contribute to a greater retention of animals by producers, reducing the immediate availability for slaughter.
