As of October 2, harvesting has been completed on more than 91% of the sown area. According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture, as of October 2, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, grain and leguminous crops have been harvested from an area of 1,295.5 thousand hectares (91.4% of the sown area). The gross grain harvest amounted to 3.6 million tons. In particular, work on harvesting spring grain and leguminous crops has been carried out on 1,063.0 thousand hectares, which constitutes 90.0% of the planned area. A total of 2,710.4 thousand tons of grain have been threshed with an average yield of 25.5 centners per hectare.
