In Ukraine, the acceptance of applications for grants for winemakers has started.

The State Agrarian Registry is starting to accept applications for grant support for small grape growers and winemakers in the Odesa region. This was announced by the Ministry of Economy. Applications are accepted from October 28 to November 17, 2025, inclusive. The initiative is being implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, with financial support from the Government of Italy. Participation in the program is open to grape growers and winemakers who meet the following criteria: Selected participants will have the opportunity to receive grant support of $10,000 – 25,000. The specific amount will depend on the production volumes and justified needs presented in the application.
