Jindo County, attracting returnees with 'Jeonnam-style 10 million won second homes'

Jindo County (County Head Kim Heesoo) announced the move-in of returnees and rural residents into the "Jeonnam 10,000 Won Second House" for a period of two years. The "Jeonnam 10,000 Won Second House" is a project aimed at significantly reducing the initial housing burden for prospective returnees and rural residents hoping to settle in farming, fishing, and village areas, and to assist in the influx of urban residents and stable settlement. Jindo County has prepared housing spaces by renovating vacant houses or installing mobile homes after demolition, and residents can live there for up to two years with a deposit of 2.4 million won and a monthly fee of 10,000 won.
