Jindo County (Mayor Kim Heesoo) announced the move-in of returnees, farmers, fishermen, and villagers into the "Jeonnam-style 10,000 Won Second House" for a period of two years. The "Jeonnam-style 10,000 Won Second House" is a project aimed at significantly reducing the initial housing burden for prospective returnees, farmers, fishermen, and villagers hoping to settle in rural areas and to help with the influx of urban residents and their stable settlement. Jindo County has prepared living spaces by renovating vacant houses or installing mobile homes after demolition, and residents can live there for up to two years with a deposit of 2.4 million won and a monthly fee of 10,000 won. The young couple who recently moved in said, "We are very excited to be able to start a healthy routine with our family in the nature of Jindo."
