A total of 1,233 German fishing vessels in the German deep-sea and coastal fisheries (2019: 1,307) landed around 181,137 tons (landed weight) of fish in 2020, 6.5 percent less than in 2019. The German Fisheries generated around 182.1 million euros (2019: 194.9 million euros).
