Laos durian is expected to export 400 tons by 2026.

The durian planting area in Laos is 269 hectares, with a total of 18,957 durian trees. Among these, 3,312 trees have already borne fruit, while 15,645 trees have not yet borne fruit. It is estimated that by 2026, approximately 400 tons of high-quality durian products can be exported, meeting the demands of both domestic and international markets.
