The survey "Price Variations: Brazil & Regions," prepared by Neogrid, indicates that vegetables and soybean oil led the price increases in the South of the country in September. Soybean oil, essential in Brazilian kitchens, went from R$ 8.75 in August to R$ 9.28, an increase of 6%. In the South, the increase was even higher: 7%, driven by agricultural costs and climatic fluctuations.
