The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa) will be featured in four Acceleration Plans of Solutions (PAS) of the COP 30 Action Agenda (United Nations Conference on Climate Change), which will be held from November 10 to 21, 2025, in Belém (PA). The initiatives reinforce Brazil's commitment to sustainable agriculture, food security, and the adaptation of the countryside to climate change. Coordinated in partnership with international organizations, the plans led or co-led by the Ministry cover strategic themes such as the restoration of degraded areas, efficient use of fertilizers, carbon removal in agriculture, and sustainable livestock production.
