Midagri will receive contributions for the regulation of the law that promotes the industrialization of the potato

By Ministerial Resolution No. 0477-2025-Midagri, the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri) published the draft Supreme Decree approving the Regulations of Law No. 31920, which promotes the industrialization of potato cultivation. The draft Regulations will be published on the Midagri digital platform (www.midagri.gob.pe) for a period of 15 calendar days, starting from the next business day following the publication of this Ministerial Resolution in the official journal El Peruano, in order to receive comments, contributions, opinions, and suggestions from public entities, private institutions, and the general public, as appropriate. Furthermore, it is stipulated that the General Directorate of Agricultural Development and Agroecology shall be in charge of receiving, consolidating, systematizing, and analyzing the comments, contributions, opinions, and suggestions related to the aforementioned regulatory project.
