The national milk production showed strong growth in the first half of 2025. Between January and June, there was a 12% increase compared to the same period of the previous year, according to the latest analysis by the National Dairy Directorate based on data from INDEC, consolidating a positive trend in all links of the chain. In parallel, the stock of dairy cows showed a significant recovery: according to the dynamic boards of SENASA, in 2025 there was a 5.3% increase compared to 2024, strengthening the productive base to sustain the growth. One of the key factors behind this boost is the adoption of new technologies in the dairy farm.
