The average selling price of top-grade raw milk was 42,902.73 RUB/t. According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, conducted among large and medium-sized agricultural producers and processing enterprises, as of December 10, in the Lipetsk region, the average selling price for pigs for slaughter was 119,420.00 RUB/t, for chilled or cooled pork - 174,000.00 RUB/t, for chilled chicken meat (in carcasses) - 165,400.00 RUB/t. The average price of top-grade raw milk from cattle was noted at 42,902.73 RUB/t. The cost of pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content at the region's processing enterprises was 79,958.31 RUB/t, butter with 72.5 and 82.5% fat content - 741,139.34 and 785,000.00 RUB/t, respectively. Producers sold first-grade chicken eggs at an average of 69.00 RUB/dozen, and second-grade chicken eggs at 45.20 RUB/dozen.
