More than 30 Kazakh companies participated in the 21st China International Agricultural Products Trade Fair

Kazakhstan is showcasing its agricultural products at an international agricultural product fair, highlighting high-quality items such as safflower, sunflower, and rapeseed oil. The country is particularly focused on grain deep-processing products like bran, starch, and bioethanol, which are in high demand and exported to several countries including India, the US, Colombia, CIS countries, and the European Union. The Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Yermek Kenzhehanul, emphasized Kazakhstan's goal of increasing its agricultural trade volume to $10 billion in the next five years. The country has a solid position among the world's top wheat exporters and is strengthening its position in animal husbandry. The government's long-term agricultural policy has created favorable conditions for agricultural enterprises and is providing support for agricultural development. Kazakhstan is also prioritizing the export of high-quality livestock products and increasing agricultural product production and processing, while continuing to attract foreign direct investment for mutually beneficial cooperation.
