Farmers in Vietnam's Nghi Xuan district are planting peanuts in the autumn-winter crop for 2022, covering 30 hectares, up from 20 hectares in 2021. The district is supporting 50% of the cost of fertilizers and nylon for this crop. The L14 variety is being used, and the district is surveying suitable areas for production and aiming to finish planting in August to ensure the seasonal schedule and provide quality seed for the 2023 peanut crop.
