The report, which compares the period from January to November of each year, reveals that both the volume shipped and the income in foreign currency have multiplied, consolidating the sector as one of the fastest-growing segments within the Paraguayan meat chain. In 2021, Paraguay had exported 3.7 million kilos, worth USD 7.8 million. However, after a temporary decline in 2022, the sector began an upward curve that accelerates strongly from 2023 onwards. By 2025, exports already reach 17.4 million kilos, which represents an increase of 361% compared to the beginning of the period evaluated.
