Between January and March of 2024, Peru exported 3,083 kilos of guinea pig meat, with 100% of the shipments going to the United States. This represents an 183% growth compared to the same period in the previous year, with only three companies handling the exports. Importadora Exportadora Doña Isabel EIRL and The Green Farmer SAC were the most significant contributors.
