The jury, composed of international chefs, sommeliers, and tasters, highlighted its herbaceous aroma, balance between bitterness and spiciness, freshness, and purity, qualities that reflect the richness of the Tacna olive tree. Originating from the La Yarada Los Palos District (Tacna), the oil is produced under a model of responsible agriculture and early manual harvesting, with grinding in less than 24 hours to ensure maximum freshness.
