Processing and the agricultural sector among the key areas of lending under the "5-7-9%" program

Over the past week, within the framework of the State Program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%," representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses received 820 concessional loans from authorized banks with a total amount of 2.6 billion UAH, including 530 loans worth 1 billion UAH from banks of the state sector of the economy. Since the beginning of 2025, under the "5-7-9%" program, entrepreneurs have received 24,578 loans for 72.4 billion UAH, of which 17,080 loans worth 35.5 billion UAH were from banks of the state sector of the economy. During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 94,213 loans have been issued for 348.8 billion UAH (including 68,942 loans worth 177.2 billion UAH from state sector banks), of which as of November 10 of the current year: - 52.14 billion UAH for investment purposes; - 78.78 billion UAH for working capital financing; - 47.83 billion UAH for agricultural producers; - 50.72 billion UAH for the processing of agricultural products; - 3.50 billion ...
