The Technological Institute of Production (ITP), through the CITEacuícola Puno, continues to strengthen the competitive development of aquaculture in the region, providing specialized technical support for the sanitary approval of refrigerated, isothermal, and/or frozen vehicles intended for the transport of hydrobiological products, such as trout. This initiative aims to guarantee the highest standards of safety and quality, significantly contributing to positioning Puno's aquaculture as a benchmark at the national level and with a view to export. Among the main actions highlighted are: Two properly conditioned vehicles, complying with current sanitary regulations, a sanitary approval certified by the National Fisheries Health Agency (Sanipes), three additional units in the process of approval, which will expand the certified transport capacity in the region.
