Food e-commerce has become a habit that transforms the relationship of families with the market and, at the same time, redefines the rules of transportation and distribution. The Ecommerce Observatory of the Peruvian Chamber of Electronic Commerce (CAPECE) reported that, in 2024, e-commerce transactions reached approximately $15,600 million, a 21.2% growth compared to the previous year.
