Rosstat recorded a reduction in livestock numbers in Russia

In Russia, at the end of November 2023, the number of cattle on the farms of all agricultural producers decreased by 1.7% compared to November 2022 and amounted to 17.4 million heads, follows from the Rosstat report on the socio-economic situation in Russia for 11 months this year. The number of sheep and goats also decreased by 1.7%, of which there were 20.8 million heads in the country at the end of November.
