INTERFAX.RU - Russia and China have outlined prospects for expanding trade in agricultural products, including through the supply of winter wheat from Russia and rabbit meat from China, reports Rosselkhoznadzor following the 13th meeting of the Russian-Chinese permanent working group on cooperation in the field of veterinary supervision, phytosanitary control, and food product safety. The Russian side was headed by the head of Rosselkhoznadzor, Sergey Dankvert, and the Chinese side by the deputy head of the Main Customs Administration of the PRC, Wang Jun. According to the report, the outcome of the meeting was the agreement on 39 points of understanding. In particular, these include the expansion of the list of Russian enterprises for the production of beef and pork, as well as the nomenclature of already approved Russian products for supply.
