Russia and China have agreed to continue their collaboration in fisheries to manage fishing rules and regulate water resources in the border waters of the Amur and Ussuri rivers. The partnership aims to protect and reproduce aquatic life, including sturgeon and chum salmon. The two nations have planned joint control measures and activities for 2023 to release juvenile aquatic biological resources into the Amur River. This cooperation is part of an annual effort to conserve living water resources and regulate fishing activities.
