Russia has reached a four-year record in the export of oats.

In October of this year, Russia reached the largest monthly volumes of oat exports in four years, exceeding 67 thousand tons. This was reported by the Federal Center for the Development of Exports of Agricultural Products ("Agroexport," which belongs to the Ministry of Agriculture) on its Telegram channel.
