In November 2023, exports of major aquatic products including shrimp, tuna, pangasius, squid, octopus, and other marine fish increased compared to the same period last year, while shellfish exports decreased. Pangasius exports reached nearly 1.7 billion USD, which is 26% lower than the same period last year. Meanwhile, shrimp exports are estimated to reach 3.15 billion USD, down 22% over the same period last year. Despite the decrease in exports, there are positive signs in some markets for both pangasius and shrimp products.
