[Agricultural, Fisheries, and Livestock Newspaper=Reporter Park Nara] Sejong-based company Sejong Fermentation Co., Ltd. has introduced the "Red Bean Gochujang Experience Kit," developed by transferring technology patented by the Rural Development Administration, thereby presenting a new direction for the traditional fermented food industry. The Sejong Agricultural Technology Center (Director Pi Ok-ja) held a technology demonstration meeting on the 20th to commercialize agricultural food experience kits utilizing traditional soy sauce manufacturing technology with red beans, and confirmed the educational and industrial expansion possibilities of traditional food culture. This demonstration meeting is the first instance of Sejong Fermentation Co., Ltd. commercializing the technology for "Red Bean Meju and Gochujang Manufacturing Methods" jointly developed by the Chungbuk Agricultural Research and Extension Service and the Rural Development Administration, using red bean meju powder to allow anyone to easily make red bean.
