Spanish farmers received 5,296 million in direct payments in the fiscal year 2025.

Direct payments from the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) charged to the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) reached 5,296.62 million euros in the fiscal year 2025, between October 16, 2024, and September 30 of this year, representing 87.63% of what was paid in the previous year. This is according to the latest report from the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund (FEGA), which details that of these 5.296 billion, the largest amount paid is for the basic aid for income for sustainability (2,369.88 million). This is followed by payments for eco-schemes (1,114.74 million), aid for associated income (664.30 million), and complementary aid for redistributive income (492.45 million).
