Support for shearing machines provided to 150 sheep breeders in Ordu

In Ordu, within the scope of the 'Supporting Small Ruminant Livestock Project', 150 sheep breeders were provided with 70% grant-supported shearing machines for rams. In collaboration between the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry and the Eastern Black Sea Development Project (DOKAP) Regional Development Administration, the sheep shearing machine distribution program was organized under the 'Supporting Small Ruminant Livestock Project'. Speaking at the program, Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Bayram Ay stated that the aim was to facilitate and make the sheep shearing process, which is a routine in small ruminant livestock, more economical by promoting and encouraging machine shearing.
