To broaden the fundamental knowledge base and achieve improved future performance, a team comprising specialists from CONICET, the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA), and the National University of Northeast (UNNE) published the results of a new research on the reproductive biology of the blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum). The basis of the work was the approach of the embryological processes and the development of pollen in two specific cultivars produced in the provinces of Corrientes and Entre Ríos, the Emerald and Snowchaser, widely disseminated in the northeast of the country due to their great adaptation to regions with low chill requirements.
