The 11th Stick Pig Festival is decentralized and arrives in Chancay

With the free delivery of 2000 servings of roasted pig, the Association of Hotels, Restaurants and Affiliates of the province of Huaral – AHORA Huaral, announces the holding of the XI edition of the Roasted Pig Festival, within the framework of its decentralization phase. This important gastronomic and cultural event will take place at the Municipal Stadium of Chancay “Rómulo Shaw Cisneros”, on October 10, 11, and 12. This edition will feature more than 60 stands that will offer a wide variety of typical dishes from the region and the country, with roasted pig as the star, an emblematic dish that celebrates its national day every third Sunday of October. The exhibitors will be distributed in four areas: gastronomy, market, institutional, and cultural. There will be participation from agricultural exhibitors from the province of Huaral.
