Due to excessive rainfall during the rainy season, the market season for Yunnan rock sugar oranges this year has been delayed from late September to early October in previous years to mid to late October. This delay directly missed the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day consumption golden week, becoming a key factor affecting early sales. There is a clear sequence of market entry within the production areas: Xinping County, as the core production area, enters the peak picking period in mid-October; Yuanjiang County and Huaning County follow closely, starting sales in late October and mid to late November, respectively.
