Ukrainian Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food, Vitaliy Koval, has proposed that the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) participate in new projects, including the creation of a food hub in Africa and the construction of warehouses for various crops. Koval highlighted Japan's expertise in cooling and processing vegetables and expressed gratitude for JICA's previous support and donations to Ukrainian agricultural institutions. This marks the third joint initiative between the Ministry of Agriculture and JICA, following the implementation of a vegetable project expected to break even in 4-5 years.
