The "Omae! Jisanddalgi" strawberries, produced by the Jisan Strawberry Farmers' Association (President Jang Gyunam) and branded by the North Gwangju Agricultural Cooperative (President Gu Sangbong), have gained attention in national agricultural wholesale markets and established themselves as a luxury strawberry. The Jisan Strawberry Farmers' Association, founded in 1994, currently consists of 44 members and 5 farming groups, and operates in the Yonggang-dong area of Gwangju's Buk-gu.
